Creating Health Center 21 Account! First Assignments

We will be using a state of the art online learning course to help learn Medical Terminology and Anatomy and Physiology. To get started you must create an account for Health Center 21, follow the directions below to enroll.

1.) click on this link or copy the address into your browser. https://learn.aeseducation.com

2.) Enter the enrollment code into the enrollment code box and click continue. Enrollment Code: SWLVC

3.) Enter your profile information. Please use your full first and last name as it is in PowerSchool. Your email address should be the one issued by HSHMC. See your teacher if you do not know that email address. You may use your own phone number or the schools number, 619-528-9070. In addition please use your school issued password, so we can retrieve your information if you forget your password.

4.) Write down your email address and password if you do not have them memorized, this will be your login. Click continue.

5.) Continue to the course and watch the getting started video.

6.) Get started on the lessons! Complete the following lessons by Friday November 4th:

You will get a study guide at the next class session. A review will be held that day as well.

The final will be held on January 26th. It will be 50 questions; multiple choice, matching, and diagram labeling.
